Start by signing in to your My CenturyLink account. There is a button on your home screen with a big green button that says, “Disconnect Service”.
If you cannot sign into your account or you prefer to do it with a customer service representative, you can call between 8am and 6pm Monday through Friday at 800-244-1111.
You can also contact customer service for assistance in other ways.
