I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report and found late payment on the dates below : XX/XX/2018 I am not sure how this happened, I believe that I had made my payments to you when I received my statements. My only thought is that my monthly statement did not get to me, or the payment was not applied as fast as expected. I checked my bank account and noticed that you deducted the money out of my checking account that on the month that you marked me late on my credit report.

I have a Victoria ‘s Secret credit card showing on my credit report. The status is saying that it is included in bankruptcy. This account was not included in bankruptcy. This is a violation of the FCRA. It has been paid off with their servicer XXXX XXXX in return for them promising in writing to delete the tradeline completely from my credit profile.

Comenity Bank has repeatedly called my number today five times in six hours from XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX. This has now crossed over into the land of harassment and it needs to stop. No Voicemail is every left, I am dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic like everyone else and these people and their constant calling is only adding stress.

Comenity bank is reducing credit limits arbitrarily thereby making my credit card usage appear higher, which damages my credit score and increases my interest rates. This means that it costs me more money to borrow money for a new house, car, etc.
I have contacted them to ask why my limit was reduced or my account closed on my Victorias Secret, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and a few more and they told me their computer generated model got information from the credit bureaus that assisted them in making this unilateral decision. So I guess adding to peoples financial problems during a pandemic is what they call good business practices.
The unwarranted actions of this company has caused me actual monetary damage and that is the basis of this complaint.

On XX/XX/2020 a representative from Lane Bryant Commenity Bank called me for the second time in one week about making a payment. I told them both times that I am unable to make a payment due to not having the funds do to having to provide things for my family during the covid 19 outbreak. I am the only person working in my home. I just sent them a payment last month when I was able too and now they are harassing me again before XXXX is even a week in. I asked them if they could offer some type of extension and they asked me is I could pay. They were not trying to work with me, but treats me like I was lying about my situation.
