Full Complaint:
On XXXX I made a online purchase from Zales outlet online for two ear rings, it was set for delivery on XXXX and it never came. I called Zales and also Comenity- Zales the credit provider to inform that I never received the items. Zales online services stated that they would provide a credit for the items I didnt receive. They only issued a credit for one of the items, i called Zales again to check the status of My order and was giving a tracking # XXXX to monitor the refund for my order. I have a bill with comenity bank thats pass as of XXXX and Zales hasnt corrected the problem.
