Debt owed to American Express for XXXX. This debt collection agency Named XXXX XXXX started calling my work and also my wife who has nothing to do with my debt. They also called my father and I have already stated to all my companies to NOT call my work address. I would like to fine a complaint for calling cell phones soliciting payments from my wife and dad and also calling my work where I have explicitly stated to NOT call.

Credit card number : XXXX I opened Account in XX/XX/2019.
A few weeks after I started receiving lots of advertisement through the post some of which had affiliation to American Express.
On a particular week I have received so many unsolicited letters that mail I was waiting for weeks had been returned to sender due to insufficient space in my letterbox. It took me 3 weeks with a cost of at least {.00} in telephone bills to receive this letter.

Sometime around XXXX XXXX I complained about these excessive advertisement letters. I was promised that these letters will stop.

Unfortunately this didnt happen as I kept receiving these advert letter in XXXX The one in particular letter that struck me most since the complaint with Amex was a letter from a company advertising prepaid funeral arrangements. Having suffered a particular ill health and consequent complex XXXX I felt very upset and disappointed with the credit card company that allowed these adverts through letter box. My family was very concerned about my XXXX health as a consequence of my recent XXXX and ongoing upsetting letters and I decided I needed to close the account as it was too much for me. So on XX/XX/XXXX I closed the account. Since the card charged {0.00} in annual fees I asked for its refund as american express did not act on my instructions to remove me from all marketing correspondence when I opened the account and later when I complained about ongoing unsolicited letters. I therefore demand the company refund the fees associated with the card.

This is a Corporate Account. I contacted American Express in writing for the past TWO years. They refuse to respond. They are reporting late every month. That monthly reporting is lowering my credit score. American Express took a Corporate Account and converted it to a Sole Properitor to attack my credit as a Individual. Hello, I signed up for a Delta Skymiles American Express Card on XX/XX/19. The signup bonus offer stated that I would receive XXXX Delta Skymiles after spending XXXX USD within the first three of the account opening date.
I completed the required spending threshold by XX/XX/19, and I have yet to receive the promised XXXX Skymiles.
I called the number on the back of my card ( American Express Customer Service ) on XX/XX/19, XX/XX/19, XX/XX/19, XX/XX/19, XX/XX/19, and multiple times today XX/XX/19. The various representatives and supervisors kept telling me to either wait 6 to 8 weeks after the spend threshold has been reached to have that bonus posted to my account, per the terms and conditions of the signup bonus offer. Those 8 weeks have gone by, and American Express still hasn’t resolved my issue.
I’d be happy to provide detailed notes of all my interactions with Amex for each of the dates noted above.
