Back in XX/XX/XXXX, I won a chargeback against a company called XXXX for {.00}. After multiple phone calls, XXXX admitted that I won the dispute, but they never issued the corresponding credit to my account. On XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX again and they indicated they would escalate the case to their disputes department, and I could expect the credit in XXXX days. A month later, the credit had still not been issued. On XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX once again and was told a follow-up would be created and the credit would be issued in XXXX hours. As the final deadline has passed, I am submitting this complaint.
