This problems started at the beginning of 2019. I have disputed a phony charge and after requesting some proof the vendor failed to submit proof. So, I did not pay the charge. However, Capital one removed the charge not the interest on the charge.
Since then, I tried unsuccessfully to resolve this issue with Capital one customer service. Capital One continuously charging interest on any purchase I make since that disputed charge.
In XX/XX/2019, I have sent two correspondence to XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, who are supposed to be Capital One senior problem Resolution team member.
No Action, I believe someone sent me an email saying they wanted to talk to me. Here is the problem on phone conversation : When I talk to someone at Capital One, I do not have any record as it happened during the initial stage of my conversation with Capital One. So, it is later denied that such conversation was ever happened. When a consumer talks or writes to Capital One, proper proof or documentation is required.
So, I have written to XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX again on XX/XX/2019.
Still no action. I have attached the supporting documentation hare.
I am with Capital One for many years. Since the beginning of my business with Capital One, I have neither missed any payment nor carried a balance over to the next billing cycle. I have always paid my credit card billing cycle balance in full.
As of today the Interest total charge is equal to {.00} including {.00} just for this months.
So, I am writing to you for your help and to stop businesses from the improper practice.
