There was attempt to use Capital one credit card ending XXXX in early XX/XX/XXXX, which was alerted by XXXX XXXX fraud to be shipped to secondary address. My primary address was not used but as a front. XXXX {0.00}, XXXX {0.00} ; XX/XX/XXXX {.00}, XXXX {0.00} total XXXX After several calls, Capital one blocked the card not deactivated the card XXXX. Fraud stated, ” we sent new card out. ” XX/XX/XXXX via US mail : received new card and the new card was the same card again.I told Capital one to deactivate the card, why is the card blocked not deactivated? Why is the same card XXXX being sent out again? I am so stressed out over incompetence.

On XX/XX/XXXX, called Capital one and told them about the same card XXXX sent to me in the mail. The agents in the background was laughing and yelling, I told the agent that I could hear them and not the agent. The agent said ” they are celebrating. ” I could not take anymore this morning and disconnected the call. Later that day, begged and was very stern and demanded a supervisor which eventually spoke with. XXXX supervisor said ” we sent out a different card number to you already with a different card number and looking at a different number. ” I said ” No, why am I looking at new old card ending in XXXX. ” Pleaded and yelled in my shame ” I do not want the card, regardless, please, audit the credit from the charges that are fraud, please. ” Why is my payment still XXXX dollars and XXXX dollars credit back due to fraud? ” My first call originally, about fraud to Capital one card ending XXXX. The agent could not get information about fraud nor transfer me to fraud. Capital one call center is not from the US, which concerns me terribly. Spend my precious time being insulted and waiting on a process that is at a slug ‘s pace. Do you really want to call a credit card company that is outsourced to foreign countries ” online your account instead of talking to unknown entities.

On XX/XX/XXXX I filed a police report in XXXX XXXX XXXX for a prior burglary of my business. The thief had access to my personal information and my computer. Later a charge was made using an XXXX account for XXXX. I have made purchases on the XXXX website but had never used XXXX XXXX before. Our business, XXXX XXXX XXXX located at XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NV XXXX, had been closed since late XX/XX/XXXX. I reported this transaction to my credit card bank Capital One. Capital One refused to reverse the transaction and claimed that the person who used my credit card shipped the item to this above address and that supposedly a thief would not do that. I told them that we have been marked as closed for 2 months so it would make sense to ship it to a closed business and wait for delivery instead of shipping the goods to the thief's personal address where the police can track them down. I told the bank that I had filled a prior police report for the burglary and that I have surveillance footage of the incident. Capital One stated that they do not review police reports or camera footage. They stated that they only go by the fact that the item was delivered to an address that they have on file and that the email address matches on the order. They refused to view the police report.

On XX/XX/XXXX I filed a police report in XXXX XXXX XXXX for a prior burglary of my business. The thief had access to my personal information and my computer. Later a charge was made using an XXXX account for XXXX. I have made purchases on the XXXX website but had never used XXXX XXXX before. Our business, XXXX XXXX XXXX located at XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NV XXXX, had been closed since late XX/XX/XXXX. I reported this transaction to my credit card bank Capital One. Capital One refused to reverse the transaction and claimed that the person who used my credit card shipped the item to this above address and that supposedly a thief would not do that. I told them that we have been marked as closed for 2 months so it would make sense to ship it to a closed business and wait for delivery instead of shipping the goods to the thief's personal address where the police can track them down. There was attempt to use Capital one credit card ending XXXX in early XX/XX/XXXX, which was alerted by XXXX XXXX fraud to be shipped to secondary address. My primary address was not used but as a front. XXXX {0.00}, XXXX {0.00} ; XX/XX/XXXX {.00}, XXXX {0.00} total XXXX After several calls, Capital one blocked the card not deactivated the card XXXX. Fraud stated, '' we sent new card out. '' XX/XX/XXXX via US mail : received new card and the new card was the same card again.I told Capital one to deactivate the card, why is the card blocked not deactivated? Why is the same card XXXX being sent out again? I am so stressed out over incompetence.

On XX/XX/XXXX, called Capital one and told them about the same card XXXX sent to me in the mail. The agents in the background was laughing and yelling, I told the agent that I could hear them and not the agent. The agent said " they are celebrating. '' I could not take anymore this morning and disconnected the call. Later that day, begged and was very stern and demanded a supervisor which eventually spoke with. XXXX supervisor said " we sent out a different card number to you already with a different card number and looking at a different number. '' I said " No, why am I looking at new old card ending in XXXX. '' Pleaded and yelled in my shame " I do not want the card, regardless, please, audit the credit from the charges that are fraud, please. '' Why is my payment still XXXX dollars and XXXX dollars credit back due to fraud? '' My first call originally, about fraud to Capital one card ending XXXX. The agent could not get information about fraud nor transfer me to fraud. Capital one call center is not from the US, which concerns me terribly. Spend my precious time being insulted and waiting on a process that is at a slug 's pace. Do you really want to call a credit card company that is outsourced to foreign countries " online your account instead of talking to unknown entities.

They sure do not make it easy on members of the XXXX.

I paid my XXXX credit card balance in full using the automated phone system in XX/XX/2019. The payment submitted after XXXX and I accrued a late fee. I called the credit card company asking to have the late fee waived because I paid my balance in full and it was only a matter of a minute that it was submitted late.

The customer service representative was agreeable and assured me that all charges were reversed. She said I might receive a billing statement with the late fee still on it, but to ignore it because my balance was {{{mpg_replace}}.00}.

I have continued to receive more billing statements with a late fee due. I called today to inquire as to why I am still being billed a late fee on a {{{mpg_replace}}.00} balance. The representative said I had incurred a minimum interest charge due to my late fee. I stated " How can I incur a minimum interest charge on a {{{mpg_replace}}.00} balance? ".
