This is in regards to the credit report I pulled on XX/XX/XXXX, I see at least 14 credit inquiries on my credit report from you. section 604 states that you need to provide the application that was filled out when this account was opened, the only permissible purposes of an inquiry are employment, insurance, court order and firm offer of credit, neither of which apply – remove immediately. There are several dates of inquiries on my credit report, instruct the credit bureaus to delete these inquiries immediately.

hello, i have a capital one credit card. my payments were not being updated on my XXXX report. so i asked them to update my payments so my credit score could be updated. well in their investigation and conclusion they deleted my capital one account. the account is still active and being used. the deletion does not show on my XXXX report, only XXXX. i would just like it to be reinstated with my payment history returned to normal please. with them deleting it dropped my score significantly. i have been on the phone with XXXX, who sent me to capital one, who sent me to my bank, who sent me to a credit specialist, who then sent me to cfpb. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have payment arrangements monthly with capital one auto financial!
I have successfully been making payments as scheduled per arrangements!
However, I been sick since XX/XX/2020 with XXXX and hospitalized with complications!
Im still off work waiting on income.
Although my payment arrangements are still being met on time! Capitol one auto finance is continuing to report negative late payments thats hurting my credit scores. I called them to resolve the issue asking for respect and curtesy for XXXX reliefs!
I was sent to escalation team and I was told to file a complaint that I was still considered late paying.
