Full Complaint:
I made a purchase for a XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX for {.00} using my Capital One Plantinum credit card. The purchase showed up on my statement as grocery from *XXXX XXXX MD XXXX XXXX XXXX After not receiving the merchandise I made a dispute through my Capital One credit card. I was then notified that the merchant had responded and the charge was added back to my credit card. I then contacted Capital One and was told they would send me a letter requesting additional information. I attempted to contact XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to get information on the purchase however they refuse to assist me and told me I needed to go through my credit card company. Today, Friday XX/XX/XXXX, I received the letter from Capital One stating I needed to provide additional information and also had a copy of the information from the owner of *XXXX XXXX MD XXXX USA on XX/XX/2020 XXXX which showed a response saying My account was hacked. I am NOT the seller. XXXX is aware and put a block on my account and I have a claim number. I do not sell anything. My local police department has a report as well. After reading this, I contacted Capital One. I was on the line over an hour and a half, the 1st agent stated he was sorry, they do see the response and would ensure it was cared for but again, asked me to provide additional information. I reminded him, I do NOT have anything, no email, no confirmation, no merchandise, or anything I can provide and eventually asked to escalate the call to a manager. She left me on hold to review the account only to tell me I needed to contact XXXX. I explained that I had already done so and there was no was to get to an actual person. I personally had to create an online account to speak to someone using chat. She then attempted to get someone on the line through XXXX to no avail. She returned to the line only to tell me Id have to contact them. I told her I was not speaking to anyone else, I have spent a month trying to resolve this and obviously no one wants to take care of it and I also informed her that I would be filing a complaint through CFPB and hope to get a better outcome since Capital One and XXXX are not willing to take care of this for me.

I am writing you in regards to unauthorized charges made through XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2020 for XXXX under the account XXXX. I notified by email within minutes of the unauthorized charge. This charge was accidentally placed by a XXXX XXXX XXXX who was playing the game and accidentally made a purchase. They have not responded to the email. I also reached out to Capital One after the email was sent because I was in a panic and they started a dispute for me on that date. I gave then everything I had which was the email I sent and the fact that I did not authorize it. They have since denied it twice and are now telling me to go back to the merchant who is in XXXX and not responding. My husband sent another email today after the second dispute was denied.

I always pay early and for more than the minimum. I didnt authorize this purchase and I need help

To whom it may concern : I am trying to save my home and the lender is saying I have old history with XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX and Capital One.

These accounts appear to be close the the 7 year mark. Upon looking at the accounts there are a few months left. I am hoping someone here can help me with a good will adjustment.

Please I need these accounts removed. If it is possible for you to look into this and help me get these accounts deleted. There are 4 in total.
