On XXXX XXXX, 2021, I sent written correspondence via Certified U.S. mail to Capital One Auto Finance requesting that they delete inquiries on my credit reports ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ) dated XXXX XXXX, 2021, considering that I did not authorize anyone employed at Capital One Auto Finance to make any inquiries, or view my credit report. This is a blatant violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 1681b ( c ) and a serious breach of my privacy rights, as I did not personally submit an application to Capital One Auto Finance bearing my signature.
