At the beginning of XX/XX/2021, I applied for a Capital One Spark Business Credit Card. At the time of application, they did a hard pull to check my credit score. I received a letter 7 days later requesting primary documents that match the business name and street address on the application.
I submitted the following forms : Articles and Certificate of Incorporation IRS letter assigning EIN Letter explaining the address discrepancy. ( Business address recently changed and not all forms have the same address ) Also, I would like to mention I do have an excellent credit score and there is absolutely no reason for me to be denied credit.
Capital One is not granting my company the Spark Business Card due to the address discrepancy. Not all the primary forms have the same address. At the time of application, I received no disclosure detailing what forms needed to be submitted, nor did I receive notice that all primary forms need to have the same address on them.
A disclosure of what forms are needed to open a Capital One Spark Business Credit Card should have been provided to me before the application and they did a hard pull on my credit score, damaging my credit. Without this disclosure, I was unable to make an informed decision. This is not a good lending practice. In the interest of consumer protection, please have Capital One fix this unfair lending practice.

On XX/XX/2020 I was on a plane to XXXX, as I was going to be in XXXX my Mom was monitoring my credit and saw something go through while I was on a plane, she didnt know you could buy wifi or pay my bill on the plane which is what I did and reported it as fraud thinking I was on a plane. This was corrected the second I landed and could receive text messages, the mistake was corrected yet Capital One shut down both of my cards even though I never missed a payment, knowing this would leave me having difficulties in a Conflict Zone. Their excuse was we can shut your card down for whatever reason we see fit and youve barely been a costumer for a year, therefore severely damaging my credit report and taking money out of my Mothers account unauthorised after they shut down the card and after my Mom stated she would not authorise anymore payments to them since they closed two cards, one with no issues and one with a mistake, their main reason was I was only a Costumer for about a year.

Hello, The issue i have ran into with a few companies is i have some unauthorized/incorrect inquiries placed on my credit report. This has severely impacted my ability to obtain new credit or any other transactions regarding such.
