My car was not even repaired he stated he refuses to do any business with me at all. Just because I made a complaint with the XXXX the attorney general office and the civil rights commission. XXXX took me for a ride. XXXX XXXX was part throwers. They was misleading. They was dishonest. They was ungodly. They was deceitful. They falsely misdiagnosed my car. First it was the coolant pump XXXX then the thermostat XXXX then the radiator XXXX everything they did on my vehicle did not fix the overheating problem. I gave them over XXXX dollars and My car is still not repaired and then to tell me to move my old car off their lot because we don’t want to do business with you, after taking my hard-earned working money. I never told him to drop this complaint. If I have to get myself an XXXX attorney I will because I don’t want this to happen to another woman in a lifetime. i sent all the proof to this credit card company to back up my excuse, and they closed out my case … this is not fair and unjust Wed, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX to me Ms. XXXX, As we have not heard from you, we are sending this follow up email to inform you that we request our loaner car be returned to us today XX/XX/XXXX by XXXX. If you have not complied with our request to return our loaner vehicle and arrange for transportation of your vehicle off our property, daily charges of {.00} per day will be accessed. We are not interested in doing any business with you at this time because we just heard you made a complaint with the XXXX. Per our email we sent you yesterday, we request you return our loaner car vehicle and transport your old vehicle off our property. I disputed charges by XXXX for the canceled flight, that clearly expanse in their policy, that if the flight is canceled due to the airlines operation, the customer is fully eligible for nay fees, taxes, the actual ticket and any other charges. After my flight was cancelled by XXXX, I contacted the airline about refund but they refused. By the way they have hundreds of complains on XXXX regarding this fraud and activity. I contacted my bank to dispute examining the entire situation, yet they refuse to admit, I am right. What they do is support the illegal activity of the airlines< which is refusing to refund customers for cancelled flight which also by the way I stated as a policy with the Department of the transportation. I am tired of Capital one of this fraud and not completing a full and accurate investigation, rather than assumption. Please investigate since the want to revert my conditional credit.

XX/XX/2021 my account was locked because of my XXXX deposit and has been locked ever since. I sent in documents XX/XX/XXXX and then was told my bank account was closed because of it and they were sending the money back to the SBA which is impossible because the money is still locked in the account!

Kohls/Cap One is reporting me late for XX/XX/20 and I would like it removed. Due to the unforseen events with the Covid 19 pandemic I had an extremely hard time when things began to unfold. My employer ended up losing a lot of work therefore my hours were cut. I am usually very diligent about paying my dues, but this was a difficult time. I ask that Kohls make a goodwill adjustment to have this removed.

Recently I applied for a new credit card from Capital One. The Card ‘s Landing page stated that if I was not approved for the card I had sekected, I would see a list of cards that I would be considered for.
My application was declined, and no other cards were offered to me.
I also recently received a letter from Capital One with the reasons for denial : 1. Too many recent inquiries.
How many inquiries is too many? There is no language on the bank ‘s website informing me of how many they consider to be too many, so that I can avoid an unnecessary hard inquiry.

2. Too many new revolving accounts : Once again, there is no information on the website informing me of how many new accounts are considered too many. It would have been nice to know the exact number, so that I could’ve avoided a hard inquiry.

3. Too many recent credit inquiries : Yet again : how many is too many?
What is the difference between this denial reason, and the first one?

I have shown a 100 % on-time payment history while I was a Capital One customer, both with them, and with all of my other credit obligations.
I have no nogative credit marks on my credit file.
There is no pre-qualification opportunity on the site. I have to simply have blind faith that I will be approved, so that I do not waste not one, not two, but three hard inquiries,
