ON XXXX I paid my Final balance with capitol one.
Afterwards, i was contacted regarding inactivity use, and explained to Capitol One that i wanted to to keep the account Open and did not want to have a Balance owing because of the Excessive high intrest rate they were imposing. soon after, they in fact closed the account and said That i wasn’t consistent with paying, but provided no proof of a balance owed. On XXXX Capitol One issued letter stating closure on XXXX stating to use, or close account. However, they seem to be LANGUISHING with the specifics of the account status, more so with the credit bureaus as of XXXX in my XXXX XXXX files. I don’t UNDERSTAND why a company would vacillate unprofessionally.

I consumer XXXX XXXX sent CAPITAL ONE a cease and desist and they refused to stop contacting me about debt that is not mine and already paid off. CAPITAL ONE is using abusive tactics in order to coerce payment. CAPITAL ONE has not validated any debt that belongs to me. I am the consumer and I’m not obligated to pay ANY debt under the provisions of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. 18 usc 8 is responsible for all consumers. My federally protected rights are being violated by CAPITAL ONE. I asked CAPITAL ONE to show a documentary trail of alleged debt that they gave my money from their account. I am the consumer that extended CAPITAL ONE CREDIT. CAPITAL ONE has closed my account in which violates my consumer rights as well. CAPITAL ONE can not close my account under 15 usc 1691. CAPITAL ONE has showed false statements every month in a positive balance. This is false and misleading. CAPITAL ONE is civilly liable.

On XX/XX/2021 I sent a letter to each of CapitalOne and its affiliates Cap One NA & Capital One all as appeared on my credit reports. Each letter outlined credit inquiries that I have no knowledge of. I requested any and all documentation be mailed to me that proves permissible purpose to have my credit pulled & reported ( as outlined in the FCRA Sec. XXXX ). I then received a response from Capital One on XX/XX/2021, Acct Ending in # XXXX, Case Number : XXXX the letter did not contain any information or documentation in regards to my request for permissible purpose.

I consumer XXXX XXXX sent CAPITAL ONE a cease and desist on XX/XX/2021. I am the consumer and I’m not obligated to pay ANY debt under the FDCPA ( Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ) 15 usc 1692a ( 3 ). CAPITAL ONE ignored my cease and desist and continued to contact me through several mediums violating my federally protected consumer rights. CAPITAL ONE has failed to validate any debt under 15 usc 1692g. CAPITAL ONE continues to harass, oppress and abuse me as the consumer. This debt is already paid. CAPITAL ONE sends statements that are false and misleading in a positive balance and ask for payment on a positive balance. CAPITAL ONE is causing me to be sick and causing financial hardship by reporting false information to the credit reporting agencies without my permission. This is identity theft. I demand that the harassment stops, this is violating my rights. 15 usc 1692d ( 2 ), they must not harass me as the consumer. CAPITAL ONE closed my account of extension of credit. This is illegal, they can’t close an account when I extended them credit under the provisions of 15 usc 1691.
