I had to have my card number canceled out and a new card issued. They need a copy of my photo ID. I took several pictures but was unable to get an image with their app or my camera that they could use. They finally had me pay the library to scan a perfect copy to PDF. I have looked at the file myself and the image is perfect, but after telling me to go buy this image, they then told me this wasn’t good enough either. They also tell me that while they can not use any of the images they have, one of which I had to pay for and is a perfect image, they also have no other options to issue a card if their system fails to accept the perfect image. So they won’t issue me a new card to use my credit, but still expect me to pay on the open account which is in good standing but I can not get a card to use with it.
