Capital One has sent us 2 credit card Invoices with XXXX balance. We did not authorize or inquire about credit cards. Cards were never issued. They said the accounts were opened by them in. XXXX XXXX and we received the 1st Invoice today XX/XX/XXXX We were informed that they get a commission for every new card-and may be the reason card was sent to us This has caused us great harm as our credit number has dropped too low now to buy a home.

Can a credit card company do this? They said it would take up to 90 days to report the problem to the credit bureau- THEY SHOULD BE PUNISHED AND THIS PRACTICE STOPPED!

Capital One decided to close my account and I did not request for Capital One to close my account On XXXX XXXX stating that it was based on business concerns that did not relate to my credit worthiness. When on XX/XX/2021 at XXXX and XXXX on a recorded line from 3 reps. one specifically by the name of XXXX, and The Fraud account manager Supervisor XXXX stated that my account was closed due to excessive account returns.Which indeed in not a fact. Another rep. then stated the account was closed due to account usage with no further details. Then finally the final rep then stated it was due to inconsistent activity. which once again is not a fact. To then send me a letter via email stating it was based on business concerns that did not relate to my credit worthiness.
