On XXXX XXXX I placed an order with XXXX ( Order # XXXX XXXX for {0.00}.
Unfortunately, the item was received damaged and XXXX issued a return. They claim to initiated a refund on XX/XX/XXXX to my original source of payment, which was my debit card issued by Chase.

On XXXX XXXX I decided to end my business with Chase for various reasons, I did n’t like some interactions I had with them of recent, and I did n’t feel comfortable with them handling my money.
So since the refund was issued after the account was closed, Chase claims that they would not be able to locate the refund and issue a credit. XXXX claims that Chase would be able to do that.

After making several phone calls to both companies, both reps and supervisors on both ends kept point fingers at who would be responsible for issuing me a check refund. I even had supervisors from both companies conference in two times and they could n’t agree on how the refund will be issued.

I have a home mortgage loan at JP Morgan Chase. I am the sole borrower on the loan. My son filed bankruptcy and listed my home as his primary resident. He does live at the home. Chase filed an objection to the Chapter XXXX Plan and subsequently withdrew the objection. On XX/XX/XXXX the court ordered that the claim of JP Morgan Chase was disallowed in its entirety.
JP Morgan Chase stopped my automatic payment plan on my loan which resulted in a higher interest rate as I could not take advantage of the automatic payment reduction in interest program they offer. I have paid more interest on my loan since XX/XX/XXXX. I have called JP Morgan Chase on numerous occasions and they indicate they can not change how my loan is listed as they are protecting my son from eviction.
This process by Chase makes absolutely no sense to me. l am being penalized for something totally out of my control. My son is on the title to the house but is not on any loan document as a borrower.

Full Complaint:
My sister was alerted via mail by Chase Bank that they were closing several of her accounts established during her childhood XX/XX/XXXX at what was then Bank One in XXXX.

I have similar accounts and did not get such a letter.

She immediately went to a Chase Bank branch in XXXX, Texas to get a cashier ‘s check to close her accounts. She then phoned me and encouraged me to do the same thing.

That same day I went into a Chase Bank branch in XXXX XXXX, California to ask for the money in my account. The banker manager started the process and then said we needed to call a Chase Bank corporate phone line.

The representative at the phone center said that because there was ‘fraudulent activity ‘ on the account I could n’t make a withdrawal.

They then said a check was to be issued on XX/XX/XXXX that would be mailed to me for the balance in the account.

To this day, now many weeks after going into the bank and being promised my money, I have not received a check and I do n’t believe that it was ever issued.

I am beyond upset about this treatment and need your help in getting my money back.
