This particular account situation that is lately filing on my own credit document has a seriously unfavorable relation to my personal ability to obtain a present loan application. I highly recommend you generate verification that Credit Union has been reported completely in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations, it’s really a serious problem to misreport. Moreconfirmation of the aforesaid item too. My proper request mustover, I was never 30 days/60 days/120 days late in any of my payments and I’m not greatly tuned in to the date opened so I prefer to ask you be investigated as soon as possible and confirmed to be correct. Thanks!

On XX/XX/2019 I called one of my creditors to replace a damaged credit card. Citibank, NA ( SYW ) Shop Your Way Mastercard XXXX. During that call the representative DID NOT obtain my authorization to pull my credit report. Furthermore, I’ve had this account open for almost 20 years. As soon as I learned of this FRAUDULENT credit report pull ( today XX/XX/19 ), I took action and called them back. They listened to the call from XX/XX/19 and agreed that my claim was valid. I do not trust Citibank to remove this inquiry from my credit report, however, bethatasitmay, I feel they should be held accountable for violating the public ‘s trust by illegally obtaining my credit report without my consent. This action by Citibank was completely unauthorized, fraudulent, and borderline criminal. The reason we have consent it to avoid situations like this where borrower ‘s scores are lowered and to no fault of their own, now have less access to credit or competitive APR ‘s. I’m buying a house and this has negatively impacted my interest rate! Totally unacceptable. Please help me hold Citibank accountable. Thank you in advance.
