had ID theft done hacking, sent all reports I had to move this has taken over my life SENT FTC, cfpb complaints noone will help just turn down after turn down not taken in consideration of the ID theft Banks telling to remove my fraud alert uneducated people that these people have hired that don’t even belong in a branch have you guys really ever shopped your own banks?
Walk into one very rarely do I get a trained profession. Cutting pay for what? to get people that don’t XXXX about banking? You guys are the bread and butter of the American economy but you rather cut pay and make the government spare your expense cfpb should be the higher ups of the banks protect our economy not try to XXXX us. YES its sad to walk around with the knowledge I have and walk into a bank. XXXX when people are put in the wrong position I’m sure XXXXXXXX XXXX wouldn’t be a very good RB or XXXX XXXX a great WR, so put people in the right position to succeed. STOP having the government monitor every. You guys owe it to us get this stuff right no reason why you guys only do something b/c youre afraid of the cfpb do it b/c its the right thing to DOOOOOO

I was offered a balance transfer in XXXX XX/XX/XXXX from citi cards ( XXXX XXXX ). I accepted the offer at {000.00} with XXXX interest until XX/XX/XXXX at fee at {0.00} ( 3 % ). Subsequntly, citi broke the contract by charging me interest XX/XX/XXXX {0.00} and then XX/XX/XXXX {.00}. I informed the bank of mistake. They offered a refund of XXXX It was not acceptable. I borrowed from another card ; XXXX ; made the full repayment of all outstanding balance at XX/XX/XXXX {000.00}. The bank only reimbursed me for the wrongly charged interest rate of {000.00} but never offered either apology or reimbursment for wrong advertising ; enducing me into the deal ; breaking contractual arrangements or my additional costs. I asked for a refund of {0.00} fees. It was not given – no explanation from the bank. They made {0.00} on a 6 – month loan for XXXX – outraougous 6 percent interest – something i would not agree beforehand as i had other attractive means of funding in XX/XX/XXXX.
