I have received several calls from XXXX regarding a Citibank account that I had in XX/XX/XXXX. The representatives I’ve spoken to claim that I was given a settlement amount of {00.00} and something, but since I have not paid the settlement amount, that my wages will be garnished for an amount in the {00.00} range. I filed for bankruptcy in XX/XX/XXXX which discharged the debt I had previous to XX/XX/XXXX.

Not only is this company, XXXX XXXX XXXX, using outdated information, but they have called my family members who were not co-signors nor otherwise involved in the accounts I had in XX/XX/XXXX. They are harassing me and threatening to garnish my wages as well as harassing family members who have nothing to do with this debt by leaving cryptic messages and causing them to worry.
