Full Complaint:
I applied for a CITI card late XXXX. I have interest free until XX/XX/XXXX on my balance transfer. I did however, had a few purchases on the card that is subject to interests.

I called the company several times to pay off the balanced owed for the purchases only. I finally spoke with a representative that gave me a figure of {0.00} for the purchases that were subject to interests. I paid {0.00} ( including {.00} min due ) on XX/XX/XXXX payment on the account.

XX/XX/XXXX statement came and purchase balance did not clear. I called again, spoke with another representative XX/XX/XXXX and he stated they will take care of it to allow 2-3 business days. XX/XX/XXXX statement came in and I am still being charged 23.99 % interest on standard purchase.

I’m not asking for something out of the ordinary. I made a charge, I want to pay for the charge, I called my creditor to get the exact amount to pay and made payments towards the charge that day over the phone with the representative. When it was not taken care of, I called again. All I expect is to have my payments properly applied and to be charged interest accordingly.

I don’t know what is going on or what scam CITI bank is running but if they are doing this to me, I’m sure there are many other customers who are affected like me.

I just need this resolved correctly and immediately because obviously, reaching out to CITI does not solve my issue.

Home depot offers a new card promotion, ” {.00} off your purchase of $ XXXX, {.00} off your purchase of $ XXXX, or {0.00} off your purchase of $ XXXX ”.

This is my 2nd time in 5 years I have attempted to sign up for a Home Depot Card where they have tried to hide, limit, or no support their new card offer. The promo code they give you is only sent by mail and if you shred the accompanying letter there is no recourse for the promotion. Online help directs you to phone support. Phone support directs you in store.

I just want the promotion I was offered to sign up for a new card. There is no reason why I would have signed up for this card other than the promotion offered and now feel as if Home Depot is bait and switching the offer.

Hello, I had one checking account with Citibank and I opened another checking account last XXXX. The account started charging {.00} service fees starting in XXXX, but I didn’t notice that till today. Total a {0.00} service fees were charged. I called the citibank, and they found a mistake on their end that they did not link the two citibank accounts. The service fee would not be charged if the two accounts were linked. However, the rep could only refund one service fee of {.00}. The rep said it was the policy and could only suggest the management changing the policy in the future.

I consider that unacceptable as it is clearly a mistake on their side, but refuse to correct their mistake. I would like you to help me get the rest of the charged fees. Also, I’d like citi to change the policy so that the mistakes on the citibank side could be corrected.
