XXXX hired Enhanced Recovery Collections. I attempted to settle a debt I don’t even feel I owe being that I paid this already with XXXX but I wanted this struggle to be over. I attempted to settle the debt but they started playing games telling me XXXX was the lowest their client would accept. I offered {.00} – they then put a team lead on the phone who offered {0.00} and then stated the same thing that this was the lowest they could settle for. I asked for corporate and was on hold almost 30 additional minutes.

I have filed a dispute in regards to the incorrect items on my credit report. It has been well over 30 days and I’m also aware the credit bureaus have been given an additional 15 days which has also past ( exhausted ). I haven’t received any investigation results.
