Twice I’ve written letter to Enhanced Recovery Company and I’ve never received anything from them in the mail! They are still reporting the item on my credit despite my many attempts to find out why they are there in the first place! They are not allowed to report a disputed debt. They must provide validation when requested. They have standards that they are not committed to and you are supposed to help! PLEASE HELP ME!

I sent a validation letter to Enhanced Recovery Company ( ERC XXXX on XX/XX/2020 and mailed it certified. I tracked the letter and noticed ERC received it on XX/XX/2020. This letter was in reference to a XXXX debt totaling {00.00} I finally received a response in XXXX, however, I noticed the correspondence was postmarked on XX/XX/2020. It is my understanding that based on the Fair Credit Reporting Act, companies have 30 days to validate debts. Again, I did not receive a response or validation within 30 days.
