On XX/XX/2019 i sold ELECTRONICS to a buyer. The buyer paid through PayPal and i shipped the items to the buyer. Tracking information showed the items as being delivered. Buyer also contacted paypal and advised them that they had received the merchandise in condition as described. PayPal closed my account and says i have to wait 180 days to receive the funds without any explanation. There are numerous reports of them doing this to people and they never get their money back.

So this claim is about {0.00} that has been taking from me wrongfully through fraud. On XX/XX/XXXX by the XXXX XXXX company through paypal. This company took away all of my digital goods through this service after i found a problem which they refused to fix and later got mad and blocked my messages so i could no longer contact them. Not only that they also took away everything I paid for by banning me.

Full Complaint:
I sent the below six transactions through PayPal to pay my contractors. The total value of payments is over {000.00}.

None of the payments have been released to my contractors nor has PayPal responded to any of my complaints despite repeated assurances to the contrary. PayPal also won’t allow me to cancel the payments and pay my contractors through other means.

Additionally, PayPal informs me they may hold the money for six months. That’s outrageous. If they’re not going to forward the payments then I should be allowed to cancel the payments and have the funds returned to my account. Otherwise, if my contractors aren’t getting paid, then I’m out of business.

On XX/XX/2019, I used my PayPal account to buy tickets to a fundraiser event. The person listed as XXXX XXXX told me to send the money {.00} as ” friends and family ” to them directly for the tickets and then they would email me the tickets. I sent the money and the person told me they never received it. I called PayPal that day and they said the transaction was good. The person scammed me and never gave me the tickets. I called the PayPal representative back and they said to block the transaction through my bank account. I paid an additional {.00} to block the payment. Then PayPal had a negative balance on my account saying I owed them the money. I called and spoke to a representative again and said I was scammed. They said they couldn’t refund the money sent because I sent it under ” friends and family ” and that I was responsible to pay the {.00}, even though I was advised prior to blocking the payment. I am very upset the way things were originally advised for me to do and I would like some help in recovering my {.00}, even though I am out now {.00} for the additional {.00} stop payment fee.

PayPal complaint ref : PP XXXX I have suddenly been informed by PayPal that they have limited my account and my money will be on hold for 180 days without any warnings and I think this is a scam. They can not legally hold my money without any reason. I would like to access my funds immediately not wait 180 days. I have complained to PayPal without any success I didnt get any response whatsoever. Please help me to get my money back. I attach the reference number of my case. My PayPal email address is : XXXX.

Paypal has a partnership with XXXX XXXX to furnish a paypal prepaid debit card. On Paypal.com you can instantly transfer funds from the paypal balance to the prepaid card. I have used this service several times over the past few years with no issues, However, on XX/XX/2019, I authorized a transfer of {0.00} ( the maximum amount allowed to be transferred this way ). On paypal.com he transaction shows as completed and the amount was debited from my account however the amount was never deposited into the prepaid account. Paypal.com customer service says that it shows as completed on their end and the issue is with the prepaid card. Paypal prepaid card service says that the transaction show as declined from paypal.com on their end and the issue is with them. After several attempts to resolve the issue with both departments I am still getting spun around and have not gotten my money.

On XX/XX/XXXX I made a balance transfer XXXX from my PayPal account to my PayPal prepaid XXXX now PayPal says they sent the money and the card people are telling me they never got it and it failed on there and no one ‘s taking responsibility for this I’m still ouXXXX XXXX and PayPal is been putting me off for 6 days now and I have gotten no resolution from them other than the assumption is that they stole my money they keep putting it too well we’re working on it they acknowledged that it was a computer program on there and but have failed to fix the problem as to I don’t have my money and they don’t care
