On XXXX XX/XX/2021 I sent my daughter {0.00}. and she told me she Never received the money because she lost that paypal card so she doesn’t have access to get the money so She contact paypal who told her that the person who sent the money have to contact them so I did they then told me that the money would return to my Acct in 30 days and it’s been over that time frame and I still haven’t gotten my money back or any response from Paypal

Full Complaint:
On XX/XX/2021, PayPal limited my account for no specific reason. I have tried to get my account back but PayPal is unwilling to cooperate. I am assuming the limitation is a mistake as my PayPal account has no unusual transactions or history. When I spoke to their customer support, the representative I spoke with agreed that there was nothing out of the ordinary with my account and that she could not identify why my account had been limited. I have not been able to get help from them so far so I have decided to file a report on here as I feel they are not doing their job properly and it is affecting me a great deal as I used PayPal quite frequently. I am willing to cooperate with CFPB and PayPal, and will provide anything that is required to get the account back. My email linked to my PayPal is XXXX.
