Transaction authorized XX/XX/2021 for XXXX to XXXX XXXX through Paypal for a transaction on XXXX. Messages to XXXX XXXX through the website have gone unanswered. Although the website indicated it is housed in Ohio, the time stamps for the messages are for the XXXX XXXX time zone. I fear the site is a shell for fraud and wished to cancel my payment before any further exposure occurred. Paypal indicated that it could not cancel a payment once authorized despite the potential fraud and risk. Please see transcript in attached document. Paypal did not provide a copy of the transcript upon my request. The document was copied and pasted from the online exchange that spanned approximately 14 hours.

Paypal Hello, i hope you will help me to fix my account, i dont know that the form i filled -up already to previous pages is correct to my problem right now..and the problem is my paypal account i cant sending money to my friends, i think i ‘am wrong because before this is happened to my account i put the 2 bank account number which is same bank account ( the one is the account number printed on my atm and the other one is the account number that the bank gave to me ) i mean i’am carried away of puting the right bank account number i should put is the account number printed on my atm, then after so many times i am trying to sending money to my friends, but my account saids that i need to email first, i tried to ask to the company but still i can not get the right answer to my problem, and until now i tried to sending money to my second paypal account but still i cant..i hope to here your answer as soon as possible related why i cant sending, receiving and withdraw my money.i hope you will fix my account Please email me to XXXX XXXX

180 days ban of my paypal account is over they even send me an email regarding it. They also said I can withdraw my wallet balance now but when I tried to withdraw it using the existing bank account it just gets denied days later and they removed the bank account. My problem now is I tried to add a new bank account but they won’t let me. They keep saying I can’t add because my account has issues and when I go to my notification it’s just said the same notification I got 180 days ago that my account has been permanently banned. My question now is how can I withdraw my hard earned money?

I used paypal to pay for a XXXX sandwich through the XXXX app in XXXX. Fast forward to XX/XX/XXXX, my XXXX account was used in a different state to make two unathorized purchases with my XXXX account. I contacted paypal and provide proof that I was in my home state the entire day and have never been to there other state. They still dienied my claim bevause I had a purchase agreement from the one time I bought a XXXX sandwich in XXXX.
