Full Complaint:
My issue is with PayPal and it’s payment to service industry merchants, in particular hotels. I have attached a screenshot of the issue. The hotel originally authorized the amount of XXXX for my stat for the night which was deducted from my account balance. The hotel then completed the transaction on the same day for {.00} this allowed for them to collect on both amounts even though it was for the same stay. My balance was {0.00} after the {.00} was authorized and remained the same even though the later completion was for a lesser amount of {.00} this has happened multiple times. Last year they were able to catch the mistake however this year it seems the authorized amounts simply disappear and the authorized amount gets collected as well as the completed amount. So instead of receiving only {.00} for the nights stay the hotel collects on {0.00} the authorized amount, though deducted from my balance never gets released back to the account and in addition to {.00} both are taken from my available balance.

Today XX/XX/XXXX there was a payment made to XXXX XXXX of a total of {0.00} from my PayPal account that shouldnt of been made. This was a payment not bad myself. I was involved in fraud. I tried to resolve this with PayPal has it was an unauthorized use and they didnt find anything wrong and closed my complaint. This is something I did not do myself.

PayPal closed my account for no reason and will not help me with getting it back up and going. I am not sure if this is some mistake as I assume it has to be. I have not been able to get help from them for months but I just remembered I could file a report on here as I feel they are not doing their job properly and it is effecting me a great deal as I used PayPal quite frequently. PayPal had closed my account for no reason I just have gotten a the account with PayPal I have {0.00} I want my account covid-19 and all the other stuff that is going on in the world I am broke I am not able to get to my money I need my money ASAP. If you guys could please help me out with PayPal and their problems that would greatly appreciate that.
