I had kindly asked the company to stop calling me at my number for their start period of time the company allows. After the lady from portfolio recovery stated that I will no longer get calls for a month from the cell number that she had repeated back to was clearly mine.
XX/XX/XXXX portfolio recovery called my number in regards to a different account from another person, that supposedly my spouse that lady from portfolio recovery had stated very clearly. I havent been married for going on 4 years and changed my number from my ex wife. Portfolio recovery never stated or clarify I had supposedly had someone else linked to my named or my number doesn’t mean anything being flagged by portfolio recovery to still call knowing that promised on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX
