An account is showing on my credit report from Synchrony XXXX XXXX that has been verified by Synchrony that this account is not mines. I disputed the accuracy of this account with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. Immediately the account was removed from XXXX and XXXX, but XXXX just replied that the account was verified and would remain on my report. I called XXXX to try and explain that this could not be the case because Synchrony has verified I have never had an account with them. The XXXX representative just stated it would stay on my credit file because it had been verified.

Synchrony Bank locked me out of my accounts so that Ill miss my payment due date. They do this so that they could charge customers late fees. I also have problems during payment process ( not applied fast enough ). After making a payment customers have to call the bank and request that their payments be applied to their available credit so that theyll have enough credit to make another purchase. Otherwise the credit will be applied one or two weeks after the payment is received.

I applied for a Sams Club credit card, and the interest rate was not given at time of application on XX/XX/19. I received my credit card with its information on XX/XX/19. I became aware that it has a 25 % interest rate, which is much higher than many other credit cards that I have. On XX/XX/19 I attempted to speak with a customer service representative to request a lower interest rate. They stated that they couldnt do anything for me.

With Pay Pal I never opened the line and have asked them to close it. They keep saying I must call them. When you call there is over a 20min wait. I have asked them to call me and the will not. I have emailed them a few times and they will just not close it.

Hi, Credit card company ; Walmart. Made a purchase on XX/XX/19. Received bill on XX/XX/19. Credit card bill due on XX/XX/19. Shouldn’t there be more time for me to pay this bill? I read something about 21 days from receiving the bill untill due date. This is not the case. This is not the first time Walmart has done this. This is why I’am filing a complaint.
