Upon receipt of my credit report I began the dispute process with my creditors and the credit bureaus. About all the negative items listed on my file. Each time a dispute was made they came back to state it is valid and I am responsible for my debt within their company. I have submitted a police report, identity theft form, Identification, and documentation stating I was incarcerated at the time these accounts were being used fraudulently. I believe they are discriminating against me. I have spoke with their investigation department numerous of times and provided all the documentation needed to show that I am a victim of Identity theft and yet they still fail to remove the late charges and the negative reporting and the balance that’s reflecting on my credit report. This is a violation of the FCRA sections 607 ( b ), 611 ( 1 ) ( A ), 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ), 809 ( b ).

Company closed my synchrony bank sew & more account with no notice and no explanation. Account has a {{{mpg_replace}}.00} balance on it. Only found it had been closed when Iogged onto the account to check the status on it. Company closed it in XXXX of XXXX with no notice of what they did. Seems shady and suspicious to not even notify the card holder. Stay far away from any synchrony credit cards.
