On XX/XX/21 I spoke with XXXX and renewed my CD for 17 months at the rate XXXX. XXXX told me that he renewed it and will send me a copy of the CD. But he failed to renew it.
On XX/XX/21 I spoke with XXXX, she told me that manager will renew it and will give me a call and send me a copy of the CD. But I never received any call or copy of the CD from the manager. On XXXX spoke with XXXX, she told me to call back. On XX/XX/21 I spoke with XXXX, she told that CD has been renewed and manager will call me within an hour and send me the copy of the CD. But I never received any call from the manager.
