My bank USAA accepted and paid a check on XX/XX/XXXX even though the check had been post dated to XX/XX/XXXX The result was XXXX checks being returned for insufficient funds and XXXX {.00} NSF fees. I called the bank and told them of their error to accept a post dated check a day early but they would not refund the fees. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold and then disconnected. They did not call me back even though they have my phone number.
