I filled a fraud with the FTC a few months back about I fraud account opened in my name with USAA. I sent out letters to them but have not received anything back from them. I called them and all they did was update my personal info so whoever could n’t use the account which has a negative balance. They said I ‘m responsible but I do n’t see how.
