I obtained a Line of Credit second mortgage loan from USAA Federal Savings Bank which was SECURED by a lien they filed with the Clerk of the Court on my residence in XXXX. This residence was sold at auction by the Clerk of the Court of XXXX XXXX, Florida as a result of an illegal foreclosure suit filed by XXXX XXXX, principal of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, a Florida corporation. This was a home that I owned outright, having paid cash in the amount of {0000.00} in XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX, using a straw buyer corporation that he set up to conceal that he was the buyer, purchased the home at auction for {000.00}, after having agreed in writing with the Clerk of the Court that he was liable for all lien debt attached to the deed of said home, and for its repayment. Instead of collecting satisfaction of this lien from XXXX XXXX via his straw buyer, USAA Federal Savings Bank instead illegally reported this lien debt as being a consumer loan which I had defaulted on, which was patently untrue. The {000.00} ( approx. ) lien loan transferred to XXXX XXXX when the deed was transferred to his name, automatically, in accordance with Florida law and Federal law. I will gather all documents proving this and forward to CFPB. I request that your agency resolve this incorrect and very adverse information that USAA Federal Savings Bank reported to the credit reporting agencies, and that you sanction and fine them for this very, very harmful act!

after months of trying to work with USAA to straighten out the loan. mostly due to their fault by not taken the money, they repossed my car on XX/XX/2016. after which I called and asked to stop payment..they told me NO.. then XX/XX/XXXX they sold the car at auction..I have yet to hear of outcome.. XXXX XXXX 2016 the proceded to take a payment from my bank account and causing me to ” bounce ” a payment..and then charging me a XXXX dollar overdraft fee..and now they want me to pay them XXXX dollars..i have called and after being transfered several times they hang up on me..I belive that USAA is a no good company..thank you XXXX XXXX

USAA has negligently refused to credit an unauthorized charge and told me over and over again that the account was correct. This has been going on for over 2 months. Today after being transferred over and over again I was finally able to walk someone through the error and they agreed but did n’t know what to do. I am reporting negligence and gross incompetence of the USAA credit card company. Oh and after 2 hours on the phone with them trying to get it resolved they hung up. More incompetence and discourteous. Account has still not been corrected. Please point me to where I can receive e help in resolving this issues and do n’t point me to XXXX because they are incompetent!! behavior.
