I had a car loan with USAA as well as car insurance. I had an accident back in 2015 in which my car was ” totaled ” in the words of USAA. My car was paid off and we were sent the access. On my credit report, it shows my account was charged off. They recieved their money, I called and spoke to the insurance rep personally asking if it went directly to USAA and was told yes.
