USAA refuses to deposit tax return check for {.00} and change. ATM will not accept the deposit. Closed branch in XX/XX/XXXX with no nearby branch for hundreds of miles. App does n’t work. Same problem had in the past and they ca n’t fix it. Requested 2x of 2 hour windows to call and they could n’t do it, stated they were busy when calling 45 min or more later. Took photo as requested. Completely readable. Refused to deposit.

Back in XX/XX/XXXX USAA decided to restrict my online account access to USAA.com preventing me from seeing or accessing any of my accounts. On XXXX XXXX 2017 there was an ACH withdrawal for {00.00} which simply stated member generated. Seeing as I did not have access to usaa.com I do not see how I could have generated this ACH withdrawal, but seeing as there was no other identifying information I promptly requested more information from USAA to help identify the transaction. I made this request multiple times throughout XXXX and XXXX of 2017. Now in XXXX, I received letters stating I disputed the transaction and am asked to sign all these papers stating I did not authorize the transaction I still have no information on. USAA failed to do provide information on this transaction as requested yet demands I send in a signed affidavit stating I did not authorize a transaction I simply have not been given any information on in order to identify it. Furthermore, the letters request XXXX upload the documents on USAA.com which I am restricted and unable to do.

I previously instructed USAA to discontinue communications with me in all shape, manner and/or form.Recently USAA representatives have begun contacting me regarding information I sent to the CEO ‘s Office. I have not communicated and/or forwarded information to the CEO ‘s office since I instructed USAA to cease and desist. They in turn have begun calling and sending emails and USAA Message notices. This is in strict violation of the cease and desist. Additionally, USAA sold the alleged credti card debt to the XXXX XXXX who in turn have been contacting me. Due to this transaction, USAA does not even have standing and/or an interest basis to be contacting me except to harass. I provided the XXXX XXXX an opportunity to provide me strict proof of any debt obligation related to the credit card debt they are seeking to collect but they failed to so so. As a result, I have also ordered the XXXX XXXX to cease an desist in all forms of communications. The correspondence ( s ) are attached.

Despite repeated written requests for statements for my auto loan be mailed to me. According to XXXX in Collections at USAA as of XXXX-17 my account was still set up for online bill delivery, which USAA has restricted my online access, preventing me from viewing my statement and paying my bill. The paperwork I have received regarding this auto loan are late statements, with no account information or payment stub to submit payment. Yet I was assessed, late fees and if I had not called into USAA collections to make a payment my credit would have been negatively impacted despite USAA ‘s failure to comply with the fair billing act. Furthermore, all of my remaining external bank accounts according to the USAA agent were restricted and not allowed to be used to make payments. So, I was left with no billing stub to submit payment, and no means to electronically make the payment and with no account statement depicting the balance, interest or status of the account.

XXXX XXXX 2017 – I WAS TOLD THAT I ONLY OWED {0.00} FROM THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR, BUT THE COLLECTION COMPANY STATED I OWED {00.00} WITHOUT SUBMITTING AN INVOICE OR STATEMENT NOTIFICATION INDICATING NEITHER FINANCE CHARGES/FEES OR WHY THE AMOUNT FROM THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR IS SO VASTLY DIFFERENT. ON XXXX XXXX 2017 – I CONTACTED THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR WHO STATED MY NEW BALANCE AT {0.00} AND THE COLLECTION COMPANY INDICATING A {00.00} BALANCE. ALL OF THE CREDIT BUREAU ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX, AND XXXX ) ARE REPORTING THE AMOUNT STATED BY THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR. I CAN SUBMIT COPIES OF THE DISPUTED INFORMATION AND CREDIT REPORTS IF NEEDED.
