I have a 30 yr fixed rate loan with this bank.Every month they hold out auto pymt from my bank account that includes interest and principal. I started sending a extra amount to them which should go right to the principal no interest. I talked to them about it once and they went back to the correct way but it messed up the way they figured the interest into the loan.Time went by everything all right then they did it again the loan is fixed any extra money sent to them over the pymt amount should go to principal.It is not a huge amount but it will change the whole figures on the loan since it is already fixed for the life of the loan.

XXXX XXXX General Counsels office Center for Card Member and Merchant Litigation XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Florida XXXX- Mail Code XXXX XXXX XXXX : XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Dear Sirs, I have a bank issue with a USAA Federal Savings Bank Issued XXXX XXXX .

Two years ago, a XXXX XXXX me. In XX/XX/XXXX, I consulted with XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. We made an XXXX plan and he did not do any of the XXXX we agreed upon. This XXXX took place on XX/XX/XXXX.

I turned in this information to USAA Federal Savings Bank and they credited me back for the XXXX. In agreement that the XXXX committed fraud and did not provide the services rendered.

Then, months after the dispute was closed they put XXXX back on my card saying that they were charging for the XXXX room, even though the XXXX never took place.

Not only USAA ( XXXX as XXXX XXXX ) illegally put this charge back in XX/XX/XXXX to accrue interest, but they refused to look at any of the doctors letters I sent and refused to re-assert under the law.

I was asked to send a few doctors letters proving the XXXX didnt take place, which I did. Then, USAA told me they had to be on letterhead.

But, when I called XXXX XXXX, they told me they do not require this to be on letterhead, which shows bad faith of USAA dba as XXXX XXXX.

Under your credit card agreement, it states, a billing dispute for services not rendered carries with it only proof asked for. The XXXX did not take place. The XXXX has a fraud on his record in our courts. He is lying to his patients and not able to perform the XXXX. I reported this as a billing error and as services not rendered in the appropriate time frame.

XXXX — -phone ID at XXXX XXXX — XXXX told me that in disputes you do not require letters on Letterhead. Therefore USAA is acting in bad faith using the name of XXXX XXXX.

Can you please intervene to USAA who is using your name In bad faith?

And please refund my XXXX for a XXXX that did not take place.

Each time I contact USAA Federal Savings Bank and their attorney XXXX XXXX, they ignore me. I have kept a paper trail and asked for Re-assert repeatedly in Certified Letters.

I contacted XXXX XXXX at XXXXXXXXXXXX. She ignored me under USAA XXXX XXXX and Under the bank.

The USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BK policy requires adverse reporting to credit bureaus for seven years for accounts which have been PAID IN FULL following placement into profit and loss status. USAA is taking advantage of protection provided by a FCRA that does n’t exist. FCRA Section 1681c relating to Accounts placed for collection or charged to profit and loss does not directly or specifically include accounts charged to profit and loss which have a CURRENT PAID IN FULL status. The law clearly states Accounts placed for collection or charged to profit and loss WITHOUT specifying reporting of accounts which have a PAID IN FULL status following a charge to profit and loss. I do not believe the INTENT of this FCRA law is to penalize a debtor who has PAID HIS DEBT IN FULL AT ANY TIME. Continued adverse reporting to credit bureaus penalizes the consumer AFTER he has paid his account IN FULL. Additionally, as a result of the lack of inclusion of accounts which are paid in full status under FCRA, USAA has no right to maintain and adversely report information which the government has deemed nonexistent and not covered under this law.

In XXXX of this year USAA Bank corrected some of thier mistakes on my credit report however due to them reporting the repossessed car 90 days late 44 times per a current report my score continues to be affected. I am obtaining reports from several banks that have run my credit, overcharged interest, or denied a loan due to this mistake.. In light of recent events I am requesting that this mistake be corrected as well. I am also demanding that USAA refinance the truck loan that was taken in XXXX of this year at a very high interest rate due to thier mistake.. I am also demanding that USAA REFINANCE my home that has now been denied due to thier erroneous mistake following the dispute that was made by me last XXXX. As they responded in my earlier complaint they admitted to wrongly reporting information that the car was still unpaid. Until USAA corrects the reporting my score will continue to be grossly miscalculated. I have met with an attorney here in AZ and he did suggest this contact one more time to see if we can resolve this matter without legal action. I am tired of this problem that I did nothing to create. The refinance amount that I was approved for latest year before USAA falsely reported this account was XXXX. This was to be a cash out refinance to pay off student loans and complete the remodeling of our home. Since this is USAA ‘s mistake they should have to fix the problem this is the only way that I will accept closure of this issue. Failure to resolve this in a timely manor will result in further legal action and unnecessary court fees to USAA. THEY CLAIM TO TAKE CARE OF VETERANS AND THIER FAMILIES FOR LIFE YET THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING BUT XXXX UP MY CREDIT FOR THE LAST 2 AND A HALF YEARS.
