I had sent a money order to USAA Bank to deposit into my checking account. I had sent this money order express mail on XX/XX/2018 and the express envelope got to the bank XX/XX/2018. I had tracking on the express envelope. I called the bank the next day XX/XX/XXXX to make sure the envelope got there and that the monies were deposited to my account. The representative that I talked to said that there was no envelope and that it would take 24 hours to the next business day to process the money order. I called a couple of day later and the representative said that there still no sight of the envelope and it would take 48 hours to process. I call again a couple days later ( XX/XX/XXXX ) and the representative said that was no envelope and that an investigation would be warranted. I get a call from the USAA bank investigator and she said they found the envelope, but the money was not in envelope. Either it was misplaced or taken out for unknown reasons. This bank took two weeks to find an Express envelope I sent to them two weeks ago and then when they do find it, the money is gone.

I am having a problem with charges for goods and services that weren’t delivered as agreed. On XX/XX/XXXX I ordered Qty 5 XXXX XXXX XXXX network dome cameras from XXXX using my USAA credit card. Item showed shipped with USPS tracking numbers with an expected delivery date of XX/XX/XXXX. I never received my order and upon checking the tracking numbers online I showed delivered XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX Delivered, Front Door/Porch. I did not received my order and contacted XXXX on XXXX XXXX and they stated they would look into it. After a few days I contacted XXXX again and they stated that it showed delivered and that there was nothing else they would do. I contacted my credit card issuer USAA and opened a dispute for services not delivered. On XXXX XXXX Usaa credited my account {0.00} while they investigated the dispute. On XX/XX/XXXX Usaa charged back the {0.00} with a letter from XXXX stating that the order was delivered. I called USAA back to inform them that I still had not received my order, that I never signed for anything and my order was not on my door step as stated. Usaa advised me to contact the post office and there was nothing further they could help me with and would not remove the charges on XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted the postal inspector and they stated I would have to open a claim with the merchant and or credit card company which I had already done. I still have not been refunded for the merchandise I ordered and did not receive.

I opened an account with Usaa in XX/XX/2018. I was asked to verify my military status and to send in an Id. I sent Usaa my id and my XXXX. I applied for a credit card and was approved. I had an option to have a different mailing address. I changed it and everything was fine. as I tried to use my credit card. they froze my account for verification. per verification they first said they closed my account because I had a past due balance of {.00} then they came back and said because I didn’t answer the phone when they called that they choose to close my account and I can make an appeal. when I asked why they had to valid reason. I felt like I was being treated as a criminal. they have had poor communication regarding this whole matter. their information was not consistent and they treat new customers like criminals. I have not committed fraud. I have not made a report to the credit bureau so this treatment even after I have been verified is unacceptable. I am requesting for a investigation.
