I have disputed a record with XXXX XXXX XXXX on multiple occasions regarding an record they are reporting from USAA. On multiple occasions I have disputed parts of this record and request for its removal for varying degrees of incorrect/unverifiable information being reported, and yet they continue to report it. I spoke with them today and the representative told me that even though the date of birth is incorrect, it is such a low value of information that it still allows them to report the record.

XXXX has been non-compliant with removing the unverified account USAA SVG BK which has been deleted by XXXX and XXXX. XXXX and XXXX have both completed their research and determined that USAA SVG BK was not established by myself but XXXX keeps verifying this accounts. Also, when I called the company they responded that XXXX did not send them all of the verifying evidence to confirm each account is unverified.

On XX/XX/XXXX a cashiers check from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was sent to USAA via XXXX overnight based on the payoff letter that USAA Provided. That payment was received and processed on XX/XX/XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX USAA debited from my personal checking account an additional {0.00} resulting in an over payment to my personal loan of over {0.00}.

On XX/XX/XXXX I called in to USAA and spoke with a representative. The representative indicated that there was XXXX payments that overpaid the loan and that I should receive XXXX separate refund ach credits back to my XXXX account within days.

On XX/XX/XXXX I called to check the status of my refunds as USAA is now holding over {0.00} of my funds, partially of which certified and holds are prohibited under federal regulation CC law. The represenative appologized for the misinformation but because I did not pay off the loan by XX/XX/XXXX the automatic payment count not be stopped. Since it could not be stopped it has to be fully processed which takes XXXX days and then another 3-4 for them to refund the money. XXXX : They are going to hold my money for nearly XXXX days before releasing it back to me. She said the only way to expedite that is if I send them in a bank statement. I told her, I do not feel comfortable with sharing my entire bank statement. That where I spend my money, what other charged I make with my checking account are not any of USAA ‘s business. That I would be happy to allow them to verify directly with the bank, but that I did not feel comfortable with turning over information unrelated to the USAA transactions. She said then I have to wait the 15 and XXXX days.

4 years I finances a house with USAA mortgage. The VA process want not bad. USAA told me repeatedly that I would pay XXXX at closing ; actually paid over {00.00} including the first mortgage payment that was never applied to the loan. After that USAA turned the mortgage over to XXXX XXXX XXXX. Every year I submit XXXX County tax documents indicating a property tax exemption. Every year XXXX XXXX XXXX collects the amount of {0.00}, holds it in escrow to profit interest on it then sends it to XXXX County. And each of the past four years XXXX XXXX XXXX told me to go make XXXX County give me the money back. USAA and XXXX XXXX XXXX are taking my ( possibly many others ) property tax, holding it for investment, making money on it, then paying tax that is not to be paid. This practice needs to stop. To a XXXX XXXX XXXX employees credit in XX/XX/2017, she tried to have a permanent waiver on my account but the processors would not even give her answer of why it was not done.
