Usaa will not give me a loan unless secured or will only offer me loans with extremely high interest rates. I have good credit with good payment history leading back almost 20 years. The rates they offer are usually double what other companys offer without explanation of why I cant recieve a fair rate. I have banked with USAA since 2002 when I joined the XXXX. I’ve purchased 2 homes and several cars none of which I have been able to secure a loan with usaa with a fair rate which forces me to go else where which is what I think there intentions are.
