I bank with USAA and they are holding me liable for charges that i do not make. I have had my credit cards stolen over the course of a few months due to my negligence. I am the type of person to always forget something behind, with that being said, i still should not be liable for charges that were literally not made by me ( the cardholder ). Please look into this matter because they are charging interest, but i will not pay for fraud charges. I have called USAA fraud department numerous times to discuss the matter, i feel like nobody is out to help me. I don’t even know if someone has access to my accounts due to me losing my wallet with all my personal information, giving them access to all my records. There is charges on the account that even say ” afghan international ”. I am located in XXXX XXXX, Texas.
