Full Complaint:
About 3 week ago I applied for a loan for a used car ( {000.00} ) with USAA. I paid ( {00.00} as a down payment for this car ). When speaking with the loan agent before I had taken the loan I inquired ( twice ) if I would be able to pay off this loan by using my Credit Card. Twice the USAA agent assured me that I would absolutely able to pay off my USAA loan by using my credit card. So with that information I proceeded to get the loan. Today, XX/XX/2018 I called USAA to pay on my used car loan by using my credit card. The USAA agent said that I was unable to use my credit card to pay from my loan! So I asked to speak with the manager, which I did. The manger again stated I was unable to use my credit card and that the loan agent would be trained on policy of payments. I stated to the USAA manger that I was sold a fraudulent with bait and switch information to get me to sign off on the loan. Today I posted on USAA ‘s XXXX page about my experience as I am looking for USAA to follow through on their promise so that I may proceed on making loan payments ASAP

I paid a charge off I had with USAA on my credit report through their third party collection agency XXXX. The payment was made in XX/XX/2018. I was told that the information would be updated to USAA within 10 days after I paid. Also, I was told that I would have to contact USAA for any future information on the status of the charge off. When I called USAA for a status update, I was told that no one is allowed to speak with their credit reporting department. The representative told me the only action I could take was to fill out their consumer report dispute form. After filling out the form and mailing it to USAA, the next month I called back to get an update on the dispute form. I was then told again by another representative that they could not give me any information, and to again fill out the consumer report dispute form. I still have yet to hear from USAA on the status of the dispute form I sent to them.
