My paid subscription directly with XXXX is showing a 53 point higher credit score ( Fico Score ) than when my lender pulls it ( USAA ) all of the accounts, the dates and balances are identical. I have compared the two reports line by line, nothing is different but the scores. This can not be justified, and is very dishonest as it allows the lender to charge higher interest rates on loans.

I have a checking account with USAA Savings Bank. There were a number of fraudulent charges on my checking account. All of which were done at various gas stations. once I discovered the charges I disputed them and receive a credit on my account for the charges, the amounts were {.00}, {.00}, {.00}, {.00}, {.00}, {.00}, {.00}, {.00}, {.00} and a {.00} NSF fee. All of those charges were made at gas stations. The credit for those charges was received on XX/XX/XXXX. The take back occurred on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {0.00}. I received no explanation of why this occurred nor did I receive any information on where the amount came from. and as of today XX/XX/XXXX I still have no explanation of this debit take back. I explained to the representative that my vehicle only holds 12 gallons of gas and I do not use premium fuel, there is no way that my car will hold that much fuel. My issue with the bank is that no one can explain to my why this money was taken and they just keep telling me to allow two days. I have called them 5 times at this point and there is no resolution yet. They also have not given any valid reason for them to be taking money from my account either.

On XX/XX/XXXX, I mailed a USAA Convenience Check in the amount of {00.00} to XXXX XXXX XXXX to pay my outstanding balance with XXXX. The terms of the financing by USAA stated that the check needed to post by XX/XX/XXXX.

I called USAA on or around XX/XX/XXXX to discuss options if the check did not post by XX/XX/XXXX. I was told that a stop payment could not be issued. I asked if my best option, then, was to submit an electronic payment. I also asked if the check, if it were processed after the XX/XX/XXXX cutoff date, would be rejected and left unprocessed. I received affirmative responses to both questions. Given this information, which proved to be false, I filed a second transfer on USAA ‘s website.

The check transfer posted on XX/XX/XXXX, despite being told by a USAA CSR that the check would not be processed. This resulted in two charges of {.00}. I feel that one of those charges is invalid, due to being misled by the USAA CSR.

Full Complaint:
On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX called and informed us that they would Repossess the XXXX XXXX XXXX which was totaled onXX/XX/XXXX by USAA per their Total Loss Letter.

Informed that they would report the matter to the Credit Agencies which would be a negative statement on the credit report for 7 years. They informed me I would owe the remaining balance after they auction the Vehicle.

I consider think the way USAA Insurance handled this matter from the start on XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX has not been in the best interest of the Customer. USAA Insurance is telling me they had no responsibility to follow their Total Loss Letter because the Repair Shop XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX would not release the Totaled XXXX XXXX XXXX even after the Customer informed the Shop that the Vehicle was totaled on XX/XX/XXXX in Person at the Shop. I never signed the Repair Order until XX/XX/XXXX and the USAA Insurance Adjuster sent a check to the Shop for $ XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX which I did not approve or agree with. I asked for the Vehicle to be moved and inspected by another Repair Shop but USAA Insurance did not grant my request. Instead USAA Insurance and the Repair Shop kept fixing the Vehicle and after the Customer received two Total Loss Letters from USAA dated XX/XX/XXXXand XX/XX/XXXX.

I was informed by the Bank Officer XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX that the Vehicle loan would be payoff due to the total loss which did not happen. USAA asked me to send in and sign the POA for the Title. The Title was signed and sent to USAA so why was the Loan not paid off and now sending us letters for collection and Repro Man knocking on our Door early Saturday morning XX/XX/XXXX looking for the XXXX XXXX XXXX which was still at the Repair Shop.

I’ve communicated with both XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from the start of this matter and requested they coordinate with each other several times to solve this matter and fulfill their responsibility regarding the Total Loss Letters.

XXXX XXXX Paid XXXX on a Vehicle estimated value {000.00} way over the 80 % threshold required by Florida State Law. The Vehicle is 100 % totaled in my view and is backed up by the Inspection Reports and 4 additional supplements!

USAA denied me the Car Replacement feature which provides for an additional payment when there’s a Total Loss. Also denied me the GAP coverage I purchased for the Loan on the Vehicle.

I had a Vehicle Loan and Personal Loan with USAA Savings Bank in XX/XX/XXXX. I went thru a divorce and left XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. There were several months i missed payments on these loans. I paid the vehicle loan balance of {000.00} and personal loan balance of {00.00}, before USAA got it to collections.

They put on my credit report both loans were charged off and never paid. I submitted a complaint to the XXXX XXXX XXXX, complaint # XXXX and they got USAA to remove statement they were never paid.

USAA continues to put on credit report both loans were charged off, when in fact they were paid in full and they did not charge off any losses.

USAA auto loan is account # XXXX USAA personal loan account # XXXX ( last 4 numbers not shown on credit report ) USAA was paid in full sometime in XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX, can not recall exact date.
