Full Complaint:
On XX/XX/2018 I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX in california using my USAA XXXX XXXX card for {00.00} and {00.00} on a XXXX credit card. The vehicle broke down on the way home and I contacted everyone to get it resolved. The dealership told me to basically ” XXXX off ” and that it wasnt their problem. I called XXXX and they resolved the issue within 1 business day and I had the money back in my account. USAA has now been ” investigating ” this issue since then and still does not have the issue resolved. Every single time I call in there is a mysterious department that no one in USAA can contact who is ” investigating ” this and that is all the info they have. At this point I have filed a XXXX claim, sent letters to the beuraus, sent letters to USAA and they refuse to fix this fraudulent charge.
