In XX/XX/2012 I was made the POA for my elderly father. My father had credit cards with USAA and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I contacted them and provided them with copies of the POA documentation and asked that I be added to his accounts in the capacity of POA since he was no longer able to pay his bills and make decisions. I had complete signing and decision making for all of his affairs. In essence I was basically him. I was unaware that prior to coming to live with me my father had taken out a student loan in California that he defaulted on and they began to garnish his pension. As a result he was unable to continue to make payments on his credit cards because they were taking a considerable amount to repay the federal student loan. So USAA and XXXX XXXX decided to add me as a joint owner and on after me and my assets for repayment. I was never a joint owner I never signed to be a joint owner or gave my permission. The cards are now charged off and they have added these to my credit profile. I have tried to dispute through the credit bureaus and I am unable to get these removed. They are preventing me from purchasing a house and I have tried to resolve with no success. I need assistance in getting them to remove items that should have never been placed on my credit profile. Can you please assist me with this. I have included a copy of the POA. I also found the email from them acknowledging the POA and they also made us fill out their form and get it notarized

I called my lender/bank yesterday to refinance my current VA loan with them. The company that has my mortgage is USAA, located in XXXX XXXX, Texas. I was declined for the new mortage, as they said my credit score was XXXX ; I checked today, based on an email USAA sent me to enable me to do so, and my XXXX credit score is now XXXX. When I called to complain to USAA, the mortgage loan officer now says my credit score is XXXX. I am reporting USAA for trying to run a scam on me, with misreporting of credit scores, and wish them to be penalized in the maximum amount for this attempted scam.

On XX/XX/XXXX, my wife sent me {0.00} through XXXX from her XXXX XXXX account. Usually I get it a few seconds later but in this occasion nothing. The money came out of her account and the status shows sent. I wait a couple of hours and wrote to USAA and was told systems were down and it would post that day. Couple of hours later I see the payment is added the reversed out of my account. I speak to USAA again and told that they did not send the money back, it was pulled by XXXX and have my wife contact her bank. XXXX XXXX confirms that the money was sent and received by USAA ; they did not pull back the money. I contacted USAA again and was first told that they cant do anything and they cant see the reason why it was reversed and it was probably an error or pulled from XXXX XXXX but then I told them her bank confirmed they did not reverse it, the USAA rep gave me another excuse saying they are experiencing system issues. That is how I know they are lying and now I dont have my {0.00} in my account and it definitely isnt in my wifes. This is called stealing because it just disappeared. No notification or supposed knowledge from my bank on its whereabouts.

On XX/XX/XXXX, I requested a credit line inquiry with the knowledge that I would receive an soft inquiry on my credit and no big risk. Needless to say, on XX/XX/XXXX I received notification from XXXX XXXX that my credit score had been updated. However, I knew that I made no additional adjustments towards my credit so I immediately got alarmed and begin to take action. After responding to the credit card company, there only response was that anytime there is an credit line increase, that it always is an hard inquiry. Needless to say, in my defense I have had an increase before on this credit card and my XXXX card but never actually received an hard inquiry because of a request. I never applied for a new card or anything. Sorry for the inconvenience, but can someone please help me better understand how I can resolve this issue.

I deposited a check for {0.00} into my bank account on Thursday XX/XX/2018 and usaa put a 3 to 5 business day hold on it. I really needed the rest of that money this weekend because its XXXX XXXX and its my anniversary weekend. I tried talking to them but it did no good. I am very upset. I told them I am going to file a complaint with the cfpb and am switching banks. I do not know any bank that does a business hold for 3 to 5 days because its a paper check. The lady I talked to tried to get an exemption but it got declined because I had an automatic bill coming out but had insufficient funds due to something else that came out that I wasn't aware of before the automatic bill came out. Ok so in that case I didn't have any insufficient funds because I deposited that check for {0.00}. I was very angry with usaa for this. Thanks usaa for ruining everything that we had planned this weekend with my family.
