Full Complaint:
From my XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX statement, my excess payment was applied toward a promotional balance, which has a 0 % APR instead of my regular purchase balance, which has a 17.40 % APR. In fact, my regular purchase balance went up from {00.00} to {00.00}, while my promotional balance went down from {00.00} to {00.00}. I spoke to a XXXX with account executives at USAA on XX/XX/18 and he stated that this was merely because of new purchases, which still makes no sense.

I obtain this loan in XX/XX/XXXX. Since the first payment date in XXXX of XXXX, I have never missed a payment and it has always been on time. In XXXX of XXXX I filed bankruptcy, but we reaffirmed the vehicle. I have made a payment every month since then. USAA is who this loan is through and I have called them numerous amounts of times about the loan and payments not reflecting on my Credit Report. I’ve spoken to my lawyer who has assured me that on XX/XX/XXXX the reaffirmation letter was sent to USAAs Lawyers and that the car payment should show positive on my Credit report. Speaking with several different people and departments at USAA, no one seems to be able to give a clear answer on why it is not and they can not even see the loan on my account, yet I have the loan payment history showing the account number and when it was taken out of my account monthly. I am trying to rebuild my credit and not having this show is not helping it at all. I am at a loss on what to do since the people at USAA can not help me.
Thank you XXXX XXXX ( XXXX )

I am missing credit card statements for : XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX.I have called USAA several times asking for those statements. Now I am being charged late fees and high interest charges. During one of my calls to USAA, I was told that someone at USAA credit cards put me on online statements. I did not ask for this. I NEVER do any banking online. Due to the fault of USAA, these late fees and finance charges have accumulated. My XX/XX/XXXX statement, which I did receive, states that my minimum statement payment due is {0.00}. I find this to be unfair due to USAA ‘s fault. I have called at least 5 times asking for these statements. I’m still waiting.

I realized that I was induced into a fraudulent agreement on my auto loan with USAA bank and XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) The companies failed to disclose to me key contractual information, namely that they never, gave me money/legal tender at any point. They also failed to disclose to me that my signature fully monetized the note, which they were paid the XXXX dollars they claim I owe them, then they induced me into making payments on a fraudulent agreement, which I got nothing of value in return. USAA misrepresented the banks ability to lend me money. They worked hand in hand wit h the car dealership know as XXXX XXXX XXXX aka XXXX XXXX XXXX. I want the title to my property being a XXXX XXXX XXXX, and all payments, and late payments made under UCC 2-720 and UCC 2-721. Additionally I never autherized USAA or XXXX XXXX XXXX to use my business name XXXX XXXX, I’m the only authorized user of the name XXXX XXXX. Please notify XXXX XXXX of USAA and XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX triplex to return my property, and pay me my money back today.

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NC XXXX has been my home for over 10 1/2 years, my mortgage lien holder was USAA, which they have void their own contract with me and my husband. USAA from the beginning of my loan XXXX who said they messed up all paperwork and returned it back to them with all payments, 2nd was XXXX after an audit they returned it back, 3rd XXXX, and 4th XXXX during the whole process of the loan. During my bankruptcy USAA was over paid during XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX from the NC Trustee, an investigation implemented which took USAA 3 years and I heard nothing. USAA set on this paperwork and at the end of the fourth year offered a modification, which in the modification had some words that covered their mess and time lapse. We hired a lawyer for another 3 years went by, and USAA has now, pushed to take our home again. They said we have three options to reinstate from the bankruptcy and paid in full, next is short sale, last is vacate property. USAA feels like the laws of NC do not apply to them, nor do they regard the process. I am granted 30 days to make a decision for the 3 options, and because I put in a complaint with two agencies they have taken these options off the table. The letter was delivered to my house on XX/XX/XXXX, but dated XX/XX/XXXX, not allowing any time to do any rebound. Auction for my home has now moved up to XX/XX/XXXX, given me less then 30 day to find a solution to my housing situation. My husband has served this country and still serves ; we should not be treated in such a matter. We went through financial hardship, and we have recovered and USAA is trying to say we have a negative NPV, which I believe is in correct. The appraise of the house is less then what they are asking for, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Modification rep, I spoke to XXXX XXXX, I also left a message for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This is my second attempt to get assistance by the State of North Carolina.
