Greetings to whom may concern … I recently had my account seized for child support payments. I know you do not give legal advice, but my complaint comes from an USAA employee, XXXX XXXX, willfully released my information ( SSN, drivers license, address, and my full account to my checking and savings ( which also by laws states they can’t go into your savings only your checking ) to the Texaschild support agency without my acknowledgement on XX/XX/2019. My accounts were frozen on the XX/XX/2019, because of such an act I have been living off of XXXX XXXX bucks for two weeks. They didn’t even notify me of such illegal practices..yet The bank, USAA website states XXXX we don’t sell your information ” ” your information is confidential. Yet they violated my rights under Title 42 USC Chapter 7 408 ( a ) ( 1 ) social security disclosure is a felony … under Privacy Act of 1974 ( 5 USC 552 sect. 7 ( a ) states ” it shall be unlawful for any Federal, State or, local government agency to deny any individual any rights benefit or privilege by laws because of such individual refusal to disclose his social security number ” And also violation of ” 42 USC 1983 under the color of law ” I will also be applying a letter to the CEO of the company and hopefully resolve this matter.

I have a serious problem with XXXX because they are not reporting any of my accounts on my report also they are not reporting my credit score. I try multiple times sending letters notarized by a notary about existing issues and they are not doing anything about it. I need these accounts to be shown and my credit score on my credit report as soon as possible, the accounts are 1. USAA SVG BK Open date is XX/XX/XXXX 2. XXXX XXXXXXXX Open date is XX/XX/XXXX 3. XXXX XXXX XXXX Open date is XX/XX/XXXX 4. USAA SVG BK Open date is XX/XX/XXXX All four accounts reports to all three credit bureaus, so please let XXXX know that they need to put these accounts on my credit report because this is a defamation of character

Purchased dept protection plan from USAA for XXXX XXXX purchased XX/XX/XXXX with USAA auto loan. Loan amount was {000.00}. ( 25 ) days after purchase I was terminated from employment. I missed payments 3 months by XXXX as a result. I called to request hardship under protection plan. They asked if I was working. I said no but I had taken a small Labor contract to cover gas money. USAA denied me the protection because I had taken a short term job for a month to earn money for gas. The contract was 3 days a week at {.00} an hour. This was my only income. I was suffering XXXX XXXX. Lost that job as a result. But was still denied protection under the protection terms. By XX/XX/XXXX the XXXX was charged off and my USAA account closed. USAA claims no record of the XXXX loan.

Back in XXXX of XXXX USAA closed my checking account. Its XX/XX/XXXX now and I receive a XXXX debit cancelation of date XX/XX/XXXX for the amount of {00.00}. The account is closed done not active no longer have a debit card for the account. Yet usaa excepted retro pay from my VA XXXX compensation and pension claim on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ( yet the account is closed or they told me it was ). Usaa is now holding my funds and will not release them. Saying I owed money from an account they sent me a XXXX for debit cancellation on and I filed with my XXXX taxes. Usaa is disrespectful to XXXX veterans. Why would you take money from and struggling XXXX veteran. I left usaa years ago for this very reason they dont care about the consumer. Usaa I want all of my money back and since this is the only way to not wait 45 mins to speak to someone I will write a complaint daily that you yall are committing tax fraud and stealing money from XXXX veterans.
