Full Complaint:
On XX/XX/XXXX my account fraudulently debuted for XXXX . I called my bank usaa and they were confused as well the title was atm adjustment fee after 1 week of going back and forth a representative called and said she will oersonnly call me on Monday XX/XX/XXXX and it never happen. It will eventually come on my credit and I am not trying to go through that especially when it not my fault. After calling them almost every day and spending more then 50 minutes on the phone getting transferred around. I am starting to lose hope.
