I had an active and open checking account. I received a deposit early XXXX and when following up, discovered the account was closed. The bank closed the account without notice yet still accepted the deposit. When asked why they accepted a deposit on a closed account they stated because it was temporarily opened. When asked how I could access my funds, they stated that I would receive a check after an unknown amount of time has passed. I have no access to my money and have not since XX/XX/XXXX.

USAA who I have been with since 2016 reduced my limit from XXXX to XXXX. After I paid off the remaining balance. After an extensive conversation they said it was due to late payments which is impossible since payments were direct drafted. Essentially after further discussion it was because I had paid the card off. Thus reducing my available credit by XXXX. This will drastically affect my purchasing power thus lowering my credit limit harshly.

I contacted all creditors in this Matter XXXX XXXX XXXX and USAA and informed them that my identity, wallet was stolen and fraudulent activity took place while I was oversea in the Military. I have filed police reports submitted consumers reports and the debts were removed and return. The debts are not mine as they are fraudulent. On ( XX/XX/2017 ) I discovered ( negative credit items with XXXX XXXX and USAA had been re-inserted into my credit file. You are required to notify me within five ( 5 ) days of re-inserting a previously deleted item. I did not receive any such notification. Please delete this item immediately. The data is wrong and both the reporting agency and bureau are not following guidelines adhering to FCRA. If this matters are removed I will have not choice but to file a lawsuit against all parties involved.
