I called and spoke to a representative from USAA And was told that they would take care of it.I Received several bills after that with late payments and over due charges I continued to call and finally got frustrated and closed all accounts I have even received a bill from them that post all charges on one day these repeat charges were all paid for back in XX/XX/XXXX. I have received ( 2 ) new cards from USAA but have never activated them. As of to date they have ( 3 ) cards listed on account ending in XXXX, and XXXX. The XX/XX/XXXX bill lists 22 charges totaling XXXX dollars all having transaction dates of XX/XX/XXXX and post date of XX/XX/XXXX At this point I am not sure which card is which. Every time I would call to fix this problem you would get someone new and would have to start all over again and then no one would get back to me. When they did call is was some one trying to collect payment and when I would go thru the spill again I was told not to pay till someone returned my call.
