USAA steals merchants credits claiming 2 credits on one purchase All Adjustment Purchases are INTERNAL and never appliied NOTE TOTAL PAYMENTS AND CREDITS FOR THIS PERIOD {0.00} And {00.00} Other credits that did not apply. USAA uses the appearance of credits by listing them however they are not part of the TOTAL CREDITS Consumers are tricked into thinking USAA credited and Merchant credited also so credit reversal valid BUT these do not credit So then USAA STEALS MERCHANTS CREDITS AS REVERSALS Leaving consumers back with fraud and a new charge not owed

XX/XX/XXXX ending XXXX and again reported fraud XX/XX/XXXX new card ending XXXX USAA sent me enclosed IMPORTANT NOTICE ( ** Undated ) Why you are receiving this new USAA credit card? WE HAVE DETERMINED THAT YOUR USAA CREDIT CARD INFIRMATION SUCH AS YOUR NAME, CARD NUMBER, AND EXPIRATION DATE, MAY HAVE BEEN COMPROMISED This new card ending XXXX USAA sent DOES NOT PROVIDE ME ACCESS USAA DID NOT PROTECT CONSUMERS I had already reported fraud 4 times before recieving this card MY PRIVACY WAS NOT PROTECTED BY USAA and USAA has not resolved the fraud on my account that USAA COMPROMISED left unprotected and unresolved When did USAA PUBLICLY ANNOUNCE THIS DATA BREACH TO PROTECT ALL CONSUMERS?

On XX/XX/2020 USAA Federal Savings Bank received a deposited check in the amount of {00.00}. They made {00.00} available and put on hold {00.00} for four days, in which they released the funds after that time, I called the bank to inform them that fraudulent activities might have taken place with my account, the fraud department puts an additional hold on the check and another deposited check for {0.00}, the bank informed me that the account or check was blocked, I never received the check for {0.00}, however they’re attempting to hold me accountable for the funds. I wish to seek remedy with the usage of the UCC laws, and banking obligations to customers, my money is suppose to be insured, I would like to file a lawsuit if possible for the FDIC insured money in the amount of {0000.00}.

I am a XXXX on XXXX XXXX orders since XX/XX/2019, and I fall under XXXX and I called USAA about reducing my interest rate to 6 % and was that effective XX/XX/2019 that they do not do that anymore and that was just a program offered by USAA. I told them that was a law and they said they do not follow it.
